Henrik Liliendahl Sørensen

Henrik Liliendahl Sørensen has over 30 years of experience in working with Master Data Management and Data Quality and is a charter member of the International Association of Information and Data Quality.

Currently Henrik works with Master Data Management at Tata Consulting Services and as Practice Manager at Omikron Data Quality besides writing on a well trafficked blog about data quality, master data management and the art of data matching. Henrik is the founder of the Data Matching and the Multi-Domain MDM groups on LinkedIn.

During his professional life Henrik has been involved in numerous implementations of master data management and data quality solutions embracing global wide enterprise data and external reference data. Henrik has taken part in implementing data matching solutions at Dun & Bradstreet, Experian and other party reference data service providers. Other engagements has been targeted at product master data management and related data quality issues.

As a data quality practitioner Henrik has covered the full range of roles from writing algorithms for data parsing and data matching, performing data analysis, doing workflow design, involved in business process management and managing projects. Henrik has been on the tool vendor side besides also practicing consultancy, working at end user organizations and being part of public regulatory bodies.

Henrik has been a speaker at a wide range of data management conferences and has also been engaged at the Danish School of Public Administration teaching Information Technology.
