It helped me to get a better view on the scope and elements of BI and what it could be within an organization. The content remains a bit abstract at some points but for a fundamentals course this should not be a problem. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent well versed instructor who obviously not only knows the subject very well but is quite experieced in delivering BI solutions. Example: In BI systems diagrams you mention their INPUTS and OUTPUT, but some page later or during voice explanations you change them completly by saying other different.
