Thank you very much, this was an excellent opportunity to hear highly structured and broad information on the topic. However, as a professional working in an Information Services part, I felt that this part in course was rather short and premature.

Like: Reviews, highlighting the meat and potatoes; Summaries in VISUAL format [hit 2 learning techniques!]; The way a highly complex subject matter flowed together. Changes: Shorter modules. I think 1 hour modules is about the limit.
